**It's important to remember that not all dogs are comfortable with the clippers and not all are comfortable with the dremmel. Appointments will custom based on your individual dogs comfort level.**

How often should my pets nailz be trimmed?

It is recommended to have the nails trimmed once or twice every 4-6 weeks, depending on your individual pet's needs and activity. Some nails grow faster/longer while some dogs take lots of walks and their nails are naturally filed down. It depends on your pet, your routines and your life! An easy way to tell if it’s nail trimming time is if you can HEAR your pets nail click on the floor and if you can SEE that they are starting to curve. If your kitty is starting to "stick" to the furniture, rugs & you, it's time for a nail trim!

Stephanie travels to specific areas/neighborhoods on certain days of the month. If there is an opening for your area, she will contact you with an available date and time. If the available time works for your schedule, you will be added to the 4 or 6 week rotation (depending on the area).

Stephanie uses scientifically proven counter conditioning methods to help change your dog's emotional response and create a positive association with the nail trimming process. She will also train your dog to file their nails on a scratchboard!
